Responsibilities

  • Support the demand forecasting and planning process to align supply and demand with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) to develop and manage demand plans
  • Optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory
  • Review sales vs forecast for promotion lines, determine promotion changes, tag in Demand Planner, and amend forecast
  • Assign promotion forecast based on past sales data
  • Assist Merchandising team in implementing category strategy to deliver KPIs (sales, profit, stock, availability)
  • Understand and use relevant systems for managing intake, availability, and stock
  • Work with supply teams to ensure stock and availability targets are met
  • Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work as an individual contributor in a team with focused scope
  • Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
  • Work in rotational shifts if required
