Responsibilities

Leverage lean partners to drive continuous improvement for supply chain functions
Ensure sustainment of process improvement activities including standard work, daily management, and other leading and lagging indicators
Develop and engage in structured problem-solving processes to discover root causes of supply chain problems and implement and sustain countermeasures
Work on projects with cross functional teams to deliver results, often requiring decision making through formal and informal problem solving to improve processes and performance
