Responsibilities

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline inventory management and warehouse processes
Lead slotting activities and projects aligned with the continuous improvement roadmap
Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels
Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies
Analyze operational, inventory, and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Communicate key insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
Validate key metrics and ensure accuracy in reporting for assigned operational areas
Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area, ensuring delivery of consistent work products
Manage day-to-day operations in assigned warehouse sections to meet or exceed daily targets
Coordinate processes and assignments to achieve balanced workloads and meet operational metrics
Define terms for conducting tasks and establish new priorities to meet operational success
Support team engagement, motivation, and development
Assist with coordination of processes and assignments to ensure delivery of exceptional services
Establish and uphold quality standards for products and processes, ensuring compliance
Utilize data and performance metrics to define policies and processes to improve inventory accuracy
Conduct SOX Testing, Inventory Movement Optimization, and special requests to support distribution center and Supply Chain leadership
