Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline inventory management and warehouse processes
  • Lead slotting activities and projects aligned with the continuous improvement roadmap
  • Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies
  • Analyze operational, inventory, and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
  • Validate key metrics and ensure accuracy in reporting for assigned operational areas
  • Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area, ensuring delivery of consistent work products
  • Manage day-to-day operations in assigned warehouse sections to meet or exceed daily targets
  • Coordinate processes and assignments to achieve balanced workloads and meet operational metrics
  • Define terms for conducting tasks and establish new priorities to meet operational success
  • Support team engagement, motivation, and development
  • Assist with coordination of processes and assignments to ensure delivery of exceptional services
  • Establish and uphold quality standards for products and processes, ensuring compliance
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to define policies and processes to improve inventory accuracy
  • Conduct SOX Testing, Inventory Movement Optimization, and special requests to support distribution center and Supply Chain leadership
