Erstellung von Berichten über KPIs und Reklamationen
Unterstützung der ophthalmologischen Gerätelogistik durch enge Abstimmung mit Außendienst, technischem Service und Transportunternehmen
Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung
Koordination mit Kundenservice, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
Organisation von Sondertransporten und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Unterstützung der Zollabwicklung
Optimierung von Logistikprozessen durch Vereinfachung, Effizienzsteigerung und Einführung innovativer Lösungen gemeinsam mit Dienstleistern
