Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain coordination within a regulated (GxP) environment (pharma preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory systems, and transportation management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus
  • Strong IT skills, with hands-on experience in SAP S4/Hana, MS Office Suite, and PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt, accurate documentation, and customs compliance
  • Oversee warehousing operations (3/4PL in the Netherlands) with full GxP compliance and SOP adherence
  • Manage outbound logistics to customers and distributors, resolving delivery issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and address discrepancies
  • Handle product returns (damaged, expired, or recalled) in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams
  • Act as the main contact for 3/4PL partners, monitoring KPIs, costs, and service levels while driving improvements
  • Lead monthly business reviews and coordinate transportation planning across the region
