Responsibilities

Maintain logs and records of purchase orders, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions
Support procurement activities by assisting with vendor communication, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Help coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory replenishment to ensure smooth logistics flow
Collaborate with team members across departments to support day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain management
Perform general administrative tasks to support the supply chain and logistics departments as needed
