Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains
  • Experience working in an analytical and results focused role
  • Experience in improving business processes
  • Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally
  • Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers, including developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment
  • Lead metrics & reporting enablement, including deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc
  • Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate
