Responsibilities

Manage Customer Quotes & Orders: Analyze requirements, quote customer requests (various order types), inform customers of unfulfillable quantities/lead-times, create orders in client system, communicate with internal/external clients, review/manage exceptions per policy/contract, manage customer information
Perform Supply Chain drumbeat for on-time delivery: Liaise/follow up with stakeholders (engineering, stock, warehouse, supplier), manage customer questions on logistics/quality/engineering/finance, follow up on part numbers (call for collection, logistics, transport), manage missing parts and material flow, identify export licenses/customs needs, provide aftersales support (claims, returns), process Goods Receipts (GR)
Manage Supplier orders (Purchase/Loans/Repairs): Create supplier quotations when needed, place Purchase/Loan/Repair Orders, record supplier acknowledgements in client system, manage discrepancies on reception, perform related reporting
