Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Working knowledge and cross-functional experience in Operations, Finance, IT, and/or Supply Chain
  • 3-5+ years of applicable work experience
  • Knowledge of data mining/analytics and tool creation
  • Experience and expertise with BI, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, Tableau
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in gathering/validating data and providing supply chain insights
  • Knowledge of data mining/analytics, automation, visualization, and relational databases
  • Familiarity working inside Oracle SQL Developer, Databricks, or similar relational database environment
  • Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers and leadership
  • Embrace working in a fast-paced, goal-driven team with a culture for driving innovation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels
  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners
  • A curiosity to learn and challenge existing tools and processes
  • Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet agreed-upon deadlines
  • Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and require facilitation of compromises
  • Strong technical ability utilizing Power Automate flows, SQL, Python, Power BI, & KNIME

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and provide recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy and planning
  • Focus on blends automation, data engineering, and analytics across supply chain (inventory, demand, supplier) and other verticals (Finance, Purchasing, Engineering)
  • Create and execute transformation innovations and initiatives across supply chain and other functions focusing on cost optimizations, inventory reduction, and revenue management
  • Develop and install complex connected cross-functional KPIs that measure accountability, timing, and business impacts
  • Create and productionize reports and tools leveraging SQL, Python, & KNIME that spans all areas of supply chain
  • Design and create executive-level dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI
  • Understand impact and gaps of cross-functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle
  • Take the initiative to drive necessary change in existing business processes
  • Sustain current reporting, team-specific tools/systems, and lead data insights and projects
  • Lead and support innovation changes on current processes that unlock insights into structural cost reduction opportunities, overall budget impact, and strategies
  • See opportunities for process improvements and data-driven transformations
  • Develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and gain alignment to achieve customer and enterprise goals
