Responsibilities

The Supply Center Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing on-site product inventory within the Supply Center to support eBusiness initiatives and ensure growth goals. This includes managing inventory through receiving, unpacking, restocking, rotating stock, cleaning, performing physical inventories, and maintaining visual standards. The specialist will order inventory, ensure the accurate product mix to meet customer needs, and maintain merchandising and branding standards. They will also provide customer support, gather customer and competitive intelligence, assist with promotional events, and complete all required training. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and proactively seeking feedback for business improvement.
