Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient and effective Supplier Records operations to high quality standards that meet or exceed key objectives
  • Manage the effective delivery of the end-to-end Supplier Records process within RELX workstreams, including internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity across RELX supplier base
  • Drive strategic thinking within the operation underpinned by industry leading practices, key trends, and act as thought leader around master data governance, maintenance, and management
  • Work closely with Manager, Director, and RELX Business Areas Global Process Owners to assure consistency and standardization of processes, procedures, and system functionality across all Business divisions
  • Influence internal stakeholders in the adoption of process changes within the operational team and Business Areas globally
  • Translate expertise and thought leadership into results by driving the Supplier Records team to first quartile (both cost and quality) through improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service across Supplier Records process and contributing to the end-to-end S2P process
  • Mentor and train team members by providing clear leadership, communication, and direction
  • Handle yearly target setting and evaluation of the EPs
  • Work with Suppliers to ensure effective roll-out of process improvements such as e-invoicing
