Capability to maintain a safe working environment and conduct operations protecting safety, environment, and quality
Knowledge to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Experience in managing solvent recovery systems, supply and waste tanks, and air emissions systems
Skills in supervising operators executing operations per SOPs and instructions
Leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and active engagement on the floor
Ability to maintain equipment in compliance and processes in a validated state
Flexibility for fluid and dynamic leadership during project delivery and startup phases (2026-2028)
Collaboration, creativity, and resilience to support project delivery, organization building, systems implementation, and site culture

Responsibilities

Manage operations for solvent recovery area and shift, including systems, tanks, and emissions
Act as management representative on shift
Supervise operators in direct execution of operations to safely and compliantly support manufacturing
Provide leadership and ensure appropriate staffing
Ensure equipment compliance and validated processes for area and shift
Build and promote Safety and Quality culture; maintain safe environment
Ensure regulatory compliance at all times
Support execution of site production plan via solvent recovery areas
Ensure operational consistency through floor engagement
Complete audit action items timely
Enter Trackwise/Veeva events, participate in/lead CAPA investigations
Set objectives and development plans for operators
Respond to employee relations issues and escalate as needed
Manage events with appropriate communication to team and external groups
Provide input to investigations
Build and develop team with clear common purpose
