Candidates need to be able to read and interpret documents like MSDS and safety rules, write reports, compute rates for cleaning chemicals, and efficiently use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skills in analytical, critical, inductive, and deductive logic and reasoning are required, with HACCP certification preferred.
Strong candidates will have food industry sanitation experience, HACCP certification, and supervisory experience in a similar role, along with the ability to develop cleaning procedures, ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards, and work effectively with teams and management.
