Operate and manage QC test schedule (QC testing schedule management, QC project schedule management, review and approval of QC certificates)
Deviation/CAPA management (review and approval of OOS and deviations, investigation and problem-solving)
Project support (testing support related to projects)
Inspection/audit preparation, response to audits, and CAPA execution
Organization management (operation of FQC organization with 3-shift system)
