  • Deviation/CAPA management (review and approval of OOS and deviations, investigation and problem-solving)
  • Project support (testing support related to projects)
  • Inspection/audit preparation, response to audits, and CAPA execution
  • Organization management (operation of FQC organization with 3-shift system)
