  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a related industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a diligent approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing project teams to successfully implement and monitor project plans
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering strictly to project management methodologies
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables
  • Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, risk management plans, and prioritisation
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  • Communicating project status, updates, and any changes to collaborators, maintaining outstanding transparency
  • Ensuring that project documentation is maintained and that all deliverables are of world-class quality
  • Conducting project post-mortems and crafting a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Manage PM direct reports, providing leadership and develop staff and talents by setting objectives, appraising performance, and help PMs to identify professional development plans to cover the gaps
