Requirements

Proven experience in project management, ideally within a related industry
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a diligent approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
Proficiency in both Italian and English is preferred

Responsibilities

Leading and managing project teams to successfully implement and monitor project plans
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering strictly to project management methodologies
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables
Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, risk management plans, and prioritisation
Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Communicating project status, updates, and any changes to collaborators, maintaining outstanding transparency
Ensuring that project documentation is maintained and that all deliverables are of world-class quality
Conducting project post-mortems and crafting a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Manage PM direct reports, providing leadership and develop staff and talents by setting objectives, appraising performance, and help PMs to identify professional development plans to cover the gaps
