Requirements

Support fulfillment needs between Uxbridge (fulfillment location) and Fall River (replenishment) locations
Coordinate under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

Maintain organization of Finished Goods inventory storage to facilitate accuracy in order picking and packing
Manifest sales orders of finished goods for delivery
Pick finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensaries
Confirm packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
Organize team’s daily picking and sorting based on daily order needs
Partner with Sales team to ensure smooth communication between logistics team members and customers
Confirm case counts and manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded and leave facilities on time, arriving to destinations on schedule
Place customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
Partner with the Manager to maintain vehicle fleet maintenance program and coordinate bringing company vehicles to repair shops as necessary
Maintain documentation for compliance of vehicles to ensure legal road-worthy status
Accept incoming deliveries of product into facilities and coordinate with teams for proper receipt and storage
Partner with Order Fulfillment Manager to create and maintain daily delivery schedule
Responsible for day-to-day functions and assigning job duties to Order Fulfillment and Logistics team members
