Candidates need 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports, plus experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians. An Associates degree or college program certificate, or equivalent combination with 5+ years in food manufacturing is required.
This is a 2nd shift position, and some weekend work is required.
Must be able to diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and electronic (PLC) problems, with basic PLC experience required. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is needed, and SAP experience is a plus.

Strong candidates have experience leading a staff of 15 maintenance technicians, reducing machine downtime, promoting a Safety First culture, and developing preventative maintenance programs in a food manufacturing environment.
