Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of related supervisory experience, along with English language proficiency in both speaking and writing, demonstrated through a resume submitted in English. Experience with Just-In-Time (JIT), Kanban, or ISO 9000 implementation is preferred, alongside strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, broad knowledge of production planning processes, strategic planning skills, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor III, Operations will directly lead all production supervisors, initiate and actively participate in accident investigations using the 5 Why’s process, be accountable for achieving daily production metrics with their team, assure efficient utilization of material, provide information and analyze production performance records, control labor and production costs according to company standards, comply with Company and EH&S policies and procedures, promote and implement safety guidelines, conduct daily Gemba walks and 5’s implementation, provide leadership through coaching and mentoring, effectively listen to and explain issues, plan manpower needs, evaluate production requirements, and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
