Requirements

Professional degree in electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance, assembly, reconditioning, and operation of AMO equipment and tools
Knowledge of solids control equipment, pumps, and general equipment related to oil well drilling
Knowledge of HSE standards and quality management
Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of maintenance, assembly, and reconditioning (AMO)
Coordinate equipment preparation according to resource requests from the Projects Coordinator
Ensure workshop tools and equipment are fully operational, seeking maximum efficiency in processes
Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards
Review, direct, and execute the electromechanical maintenance work program for solids control equipment, drilling cuttings storage tanks, water treatment tanks, mud dehydration tanks, power boards, speed drives, transformers, laboratory cabins, and warehouses
Coordinate the technical team and FES Supervisors in executing the well maintenance program, track failure statistics for traceability, efficiency, and safety
Implement continuous improvement plans in workshop processes
Administer inventory of tools, equipment, and critical spare parts
Provide support in internal and external audits
Perform cost control for maintenance of all equipment assigned to a project, maintaining quality standards
Manage and supervise repair parts stock, handle inventory, and ensure efficient spare parts rotation to avoid obsolete inventory
Ensure compliance and control of company HSE policies and standards
Prepare, review, and authorize work orders for the area
Attend promptly to corrective maintenance requirements from FES operational work fronts
Conduct field visits to ensure equipment maintenance
Perform quality control of external works executed by outsourcing
Present technical management reports as required by Management with the requested frequency
