Responsibilities

Coordinate, direct, control, and organize activities related to receiving and disposing of barrels and lab packs
Provide technical support to barrel sector teams
Ensure compliance with production, health, safety, and environment rules and procedures
Manage employees and update their files
Ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules in the barrel sector
Participate in daily production meetings and communicate departmental needs (labor, equipment, tools, maintenance, restrictions) while promoting coexistence with other departments
Communicate with maintenance to plan priority repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment availability
Communicate with marketing to respond to client and transporter requests
Plan, organize, and lead weekly safety meetings for teams and gather recommendations
Analyze incidents or accidents in the sector rigorously and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurrence risks
Document precise work procedures, functional guides, and training guides, and ensure their updates
Plan and organize employee training to stimulate and make them autonomous
Inform employees of company directives and policies and encourage compliance
Participate in personnel selection, performance evaluation, discipline, and appropriate follow-ups
Plan, compile, and authorize work hours and vacations for barrel sector employees
Determine overtime labor needs
Supervise barrel sector employees (opérateur C polyvalent, opérateur C barils, opérateur B pompage, opérateur B série, opérateur A déchargement, coordonnateur barils, opérateur B résidus de laboratoire, opérateur A résidus de laboratoire, technicien destination résidus)
Use and maintain ISO 9001/14001 management systems
Perform any other related tasks as requested
