Requirements

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supervision de maintenance en milieu manufacturier
  • Formation technique ou baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent
  • Solides compétences en leadership, communication et organisation
  • Connaissance des environnements manufacturiers, des programmes de maintenance industrielle et des pratiques SST
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office) et des logiciels de maintenance (CMMS)
  • Expérience avec un ERP (SAP serait un atout majeur)
  • Capacité à lire des plans mécaniques et électriques; connaissance des systèmes pneumatiques
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule

Responsibilities

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements
  • Assurer la fiabilité des installations et la disponibilité des équipements pour soutenir la production
  • Gérer les budgets opérationnels et d’investissement (CAPEX) ainsi que les inventaires de pièces
  • Coordonner les interventions avec la production et superviser les sous-traitants
  • Mobiliser et encadrer une équipe de techniciens, assurer la qualité du travail et le respect des politiques
  • Promouvoir un environnement sécuritaire, participer aux inspections SST et appliquer les mesures correctives
  • Agir comme agent de changement dans les projets d’amélioration continue et optimiser les processus
  • Participer activement aux réunions de production pour communiquer les enjeux et planifier les interventions
  • Assurer la conformité des équipements selon les normes en vigueur
  • Assurer la gestion des réparations et de l’entretien préventif de la flotte de chariots élévateurs afin de garantir leur performance et leur disponibilité
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures pour améliorer la performance et réduire les temps d’arrêt
  • Former et accompagner les techniciens pour renforcer leurs compétences techniques et leur autonomie
