Responsibilities

Liderar, entrenar y desarrollar al personal operativo en sus funciones específicas, así como monitoreo de errores en el sistema Time and Attendance
Asegurar la implementación de guías de SPMKT y PC de acuerdo a manuales y procedimientos
Monitorear la implementación de procesos en el área de almacén basados en los procedimientos que dicta EOS para el correcto funcionamiento del área
Administrar rutas y cargas de trabajo para las funciones de PC
Monitorear las rutas de surtido así como las cargas de trabajo diseñadas por el ingeniero de materiales de forma que se mida la eficiencia del proceso y el personal operativo
Prevención de accidentes
Trabajar de la mano con Seguridad de planta para el correcto manejo de equipo de montacargas y máquinas cortadoras, así como del correcto uso del equipo de seguridad y seguimiento a las normas establecidas en los distintos procedimientos locales y globales para salvaguardar la integridad del personal que labora en almacén
Mitigar cualquier riesgo o impacto a la producción por surtido de materia prima
Monitorear el desempeño de las rutas de surtido así como del personal operativo y así evaluar la efectividad del proceso e identificar áreas de oportunidad donde se mitigue cualquier riesgo de surtido de materia prima a producción
Ejecutar los procedimientos del área y mantener la confiabilidad del inventario de materia prima, dando seguimiento a la implementación y evaluación de los sistemas de inventario dentro del almacén, así como de la administración del personal operativo de rutas de surtido, almacenistas, auditorías, etc
