Actively pursuing a degree in Consumer Insights or similar
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Currently seeking a baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral degree and enrolled in an accredited college or university on a full-time basis or as required by the university's co-op program
Must have achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term
Major/program must align with internship role, preferably Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Available to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783
Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the organization’s business environments, corporate culture and structure to support work initiatives
Be open to and support new ideas, systems and procedures; generate creative ideas and actions in response to changing situations
Develop relationships and connect with stakeholders
Gather data and reporting requirements related to specific initiatives
Adhere to best practices for data, data visualization and reporting
Attend regular meetings and huddles with team members to drive work forward
Occasionally present findings and work output to broader audiences
Communicate process and status often, utilizing effective business and technical writing skills and presentation methods
Assist in establishing and maintaining strategies to meet organizational objectives under the direction of a senior level employee or manager
Work on projects that support Consumer Insights goals and results, using interpersonal and technical skills while adapting to new or changing situations in a team environment
