Ability to investigate, identify, correct/escalate machine inefficiencies
Proficiency in executing machine changeovers
Comfortable with shift work (7:00pm-7:00am), including flexibility to trade shifts and overtime

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to subassembly machinery producing components (frangibles, injection sites, membranes, enhanced closures)
Load and replenish production supplies (e.g., tubing, membrane tape) consistent with production needs
Perform scheduled quality checks, disposition product, identify deviations, and take action including stopping production if necessary
Inspect samples of finished components to ensure quality standards are met
Package finished components and stage them for transfer to Kiefel or Filling
Test, inspect, and package Inter-Plant Shipping Orders (IPSO)
Document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system
Investigate, identify, and correct or escalate machine performance inefficiencies
Multitask and keep pace with several machines at once
Execute machine changeovers when assigned
Perform and document scheduled cleaning activities
Notify supervisor of issues
