Availability for full-time Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday 15:00h-23:00h)
Compliance with dress/gowning requirements: safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask, boots (additional PPE when cleaning)
Tolerance for constant or intermittent exposure to elevated noise levels
Comfort working around equipment, machinery, and belts

Responsibilities

Operate membrane/blue-cap closure machines (3), injection site machines (2), recon machine (1), and CAPD machine (1) on a rotational basis to meet or exceed daily accountability/productivity requirements
Release product to the Kiefel Department and Twin Bag (CAPD)
Load hopper of each machine with parts and pack finished product into totes
Ensure equipment is operating within parameters and observe operations to confirm machines function according to specifications
Make all necessary adjustments to machines
Perform and document ongoing QA checks using JDE to achieve quality product
Perform all startup cleaning and checks, including oven test and pressure test for membrane machine; QA check every 2 hours for CAPD
Handle materials: obtain raw materials from staging areas to prepare for shift production
