Requirements

3 months of work history with the same employer
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions
Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 20 pounds or greater frequently
Ability and willingness to lift/lower/carry 20 pounds or greater with back and legs
Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously
Ability and willingness to use both hands to work
Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours
Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently
Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees
Ability and willingness to distinguish between shades and/or colors

Responsibilities

Setup and operate all stuffers and related equipment
Keep the tables and conveyors full of meat at all times
Twirl product while stuffing
Use the proper equipment and the correct size linker while stuffing
Assist in cleaning metal detectors
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
Maintain general manufacturing practices
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed
Perform any other work as assigned by management
