Requirements

  • Primary technical expert in content studio’s hardware, software, systems, and equipment
  • Expertise spanning video, photo, motion graphics, CGI, audio, post-production, digital content workflows, workshop, CAD software, and emerging tools
  • Proficiency in Mac-based environments
  • Ability to design systems architecture for new studio workflows
  • Skills in troubleshooting production equipment (e.g., camera rigs on set)
  • Comfortable at the intersection of creativity and technology
  • Experience bridging creative, production, and technology teams
  • Partnership experience with creative, production, Target Technology, and Marketing Capabilities teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to technical authority for all studio production technologies, including cameras, lighting, motion, CGI, virtual production, edit suites, audio booths, workshop, and post-production systems
  • Research, test, and recommend new tools, software, and hardware to drive innovation and efficiency within the content studio
  • Partner with content operations and DAM teams to align metadata standards, file structures, and tagging for efficient asset discovery, reuse, and rights management
  • Ensure content creation pipelines are efficient, innovative, and future-ready
  • Design and maintain technical systems that enable world-class storytelling at scale
  • Bridge creative, production, and technology teams for seamless support
