Requirements

1 or more years of experience working with children in some capacity
Must be willing to report to work in person at one of our Florida campuses
High school diploma or equivalent required
A passion for working with kids
Excitement to think outside-the-box and create an engaging school experience
Love for kids and families, and the ability to communicate effectively with them
A love of learning and a desire to grow personally and professionally

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with each student
Execute routines and expectations
Assist in leading a studio culture that fosters students’ growth as independent learners
Support this strong culture throughout the day, including during lunch and recess
Notice when students get stuck and provide support in small groups and one-on-one
Work with the Primer Leader to create engaging experiences tailored to students’ academic needs and passions
Work with the Primer Leader to maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring physical environment
Warmly welcome families and assist the Primer Leader in sharing progress updates
