Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree
  • Successful, 10 years (8 years with an advanced degree) combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), or other relevant areas
  • Ability to cultivate knowledge and expertise of the Medtronic portfolio of Structural Heart solutions, and actionable insights on an increasingly competitive environment (nice to have)
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership skills and a genuine enthusiasm for training and development and a commitment to teamwork (nice to have)
  • Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently (nice to have)
  • Experience in multicultural organizations, particularly different learning and thinking styles (nice to have)
  • Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization (nice to have)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Launch experience with complex technologies and experience in strategy development or support (nice to have)
  • Knowledgeable insights on competitive cardiovascular catheterization, as it relates to valve replacement and interventional cardiology (nice to have)
  • Knowledge or experience in the operating room or catheter lab (nice to have)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Located in Mounds View, MN or close to a Structural Heart work site

Responsibilities

  • Lead global product management for adjunctive therapies, with responsibility for pricing, inventory management strategy and product launch
  • Balance strategy and execution, supporting critical commercial products and launches across the world, with particular focus on the US
  • Partner with local, regional and international field leadership to support product management strategy and execution at the global and regional levels
  • Develop and support team members in their strategic planning and execution
  • Represent downstream adjunctive therapies in critical OU meetings, including PMR, GDR, S&OE and more
  • Serve as critical strategic partner to US commercial team to ensure wholistic product needs are being met
  • Foster cross departmental collaboration that promotes a culture of learning, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement
