Requirements

Must possess a fitness related certification or Massage Therapy License
CPR/AED Certification
Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding anatomy, fitness and recovery
Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Attend and pass mandatory pre-work training

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active client base
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within internal scheduling systems
Market and sell stretch series to members and clients through phone calls, emails, in-person interactions, and Stretch Events
Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
Execute intake, outtake, and assisted stretches (30/60 min as well as 15/25 min complimentary services for members)
Interact with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience
Create and offer personalized programs/series
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stretch area during shifts and sessions
Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management
