Requirements

Clinical trial, pharmaceutical drug development background and experience – at least 2 years
Business analytical experience
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic terminology
Systems compliance for accurate business insights, including set up, data entry, analysis, and reporting
Advanced level Excel and data analytics
Data presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM (advantage)
Ability to identify process improvements and drive through to implementation
Ability to work office or home based across TSSU in Europe and USA, with overlap on US East coast mornings

Responsibilities

Provide insights into clinical trial pipeline and drug development trends across 16 therapeutic and speciality drug development Centres of Excellence (CoE) for year-on-year growth targets and differentiation strategies
Increase focus of Therapeutic Areas (TAs) on performance against stated targets
Facilitate and manage Early Engagement documentation for each CoE, with monthly metrics reporting for TSSU scorecard
Facilitate engagement with Business Development to achieve Early Engagement Targets and drive GNB growth
Increase visibility of TAs and performance at Leadership level through targeted reporting
Capture, analyse, and report metrics for CoE initiatives and ad hoc special projects
Conduct TA growth insights and tracking, including pipeline analysis
Analyse compiled external and internal data sets at therapeutic level for insights into indication-specific growth areas and opportunities
Identify Early Engagement targets in collaboration with Centres of Excellence
Track metrics, progress analysis, and monthly reporting
Manage annual and quarterly target plan sales engagement, sharing CoE targets with sales and aligning with account plans
Align Early Engagement targets, strategies, tracking, and reporting
Develop forward-looking account strategies for expanding engagement through therapeutic and scientific expertise
Track Initiative KPIs with monthly/quarterly reporting and metrics
Drive monthly focus on result analysis and reporting for Early Engagement
Focus on Top 10 Early Engagement opportunities per CoE and actions to progress to next stage
Collate metrics against Strategy Plans
