Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP of Product and VP of Engineering to build, scale, and run a high-performing Product & Engineering organization
  • Tighten hiring funnels for senior engineers and support hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data (shaping role briefs, building target lists, partnering with Talent on outreach and process, keeping pipelines healthy, interviews tight)
  • Act as glue between R&D and Talent/People team (ensure right pipelines and processes: outreach campaigns, scorecards, interview training, compensation alignment; spot and fix bottlenecks)
  • Design and run systems to attract top-tier builders, help them ramp fast (improve onboarding), and keep them thriving (career progression frameworks, feedback cycles, R&D-wide initiatives)
  • Redesign R&D planning, dig into data to identify team blocks
  • Drive key cross-functional initiatives, define key operating rhythms & ways of working, build processes for quality delivery at pace
  • Champion R&D across Omnea
  • Run the R&D hiring engine
