Requirements

An excellent degree (Master's, Diploma, MBA or PhD) in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, mathematics or engineering
At least 2–3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in the innovation sector of banks/insurance companies – ideally with a focus on AI, big data, digital business models or entrepreneurial projects
A deep understanding of technological trends and their strategic relevance – particularly in the context of AI, blockchain and data-driven ecosystems
An agile mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and inspiring way
Experience in dealing with customers – ideally also in the context of project acquisition or the development of strategic offers
Very good German and English skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Radically rethink business models, operating structures and customer experiences – with the aim of not only improving them but redefining them
Develop strategic concepts based on future-oriented technologies such as AI, analytics and blockchain – and help clients turn them into concrete competitive advantages
Bring ideas to market quickly, test them in real-world scenarios and accompany the transformation through to implementation
Take responsibility for strategic projects, work closely with top management and position yourself as a thought leader through publications and presentations
Work in multidisciplinary teams that combine technology, business and creativity – and develop solutions that really matter together with customers
