Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or contract management. Familiarity with Ariba Contract Management System is preferred, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will provide contract management support to assigned categories, including drafting contracts, reviewing supplier red lines with legal, routing contracts for signatures, and archiving them in Ariba. They will communicate status updates to stakeholders, mitigate risk, leverage technology and purchase power, improve processes, and reduce overall cost of ownership. Additionally, the Specialist will deliver and oversee projects, adhering to policies and utilizing specialized knowledge, and contribute to project milestones while working independently with general supervision.
