Interest in launching a career in Strategic Sales within FMCG
Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for 1 or 2 specific projects, guided by manager and team
Build long-term business relationships with customers
Develop and negotiate plans that suit shoppers, customers, and the company
Focus externally on national key accounts (e.g., Kruidvat, Etos, Albert Heijn) and online retailers (e.g., bol.com, Coolblue)
Understand customer and shopper needs
Contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising, and promotions
Collaborate with customer team (brand, finance, logistics) to prepare business plans and external negotiations
Make commercial recommendations for a category (e.g., Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders) to improve turnover and sales fundamentals through strategic choices in budget, assortment, and promotion
