Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for 1 or 2 specific projects, guided by manager and team
  • Build long-term business relationships with customers
  • Develop and negotiate plans that suit shoppers, customers, and the company
  • Focus externally on national key accounts (e.g., Kruidvat, Etos, Albert Heijn) and online retailers (e.g., bol.com, Coolblue)
  • Understand customer and shopper needs
  • Contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising, and promotions
  • Collaborate with customer team (brand, finance, logistics) to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Make commercial recommendations for a category (e.g., Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral-B, Baby Care with Pampers, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders) to improve turnover and sales fundamentals through strategic choices in budget, assortment, and promotion
