Requirements

BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) - must be able to write, read, and speak both languages at a proficiency level
Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week at Carelon Global Solutions offices in Puerto Rico (San Juan or Mayaguez), with availability to travel to different office locations as needed
Residence within a reasonable commuting distance from the office locations (unless accommodation granted as required by law)
Availability for an 8-hour shift from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with possible additional hours including weekends or holidays based on operational needs

Responsibilities

Oversee corporate planning processes
Ensure that business and other staff unit plans are aligned and focused on corporate objectives
Work with VP to ensure appropriate analysis, research, and support are provided to various units to produce a Board-approved operational and strategic plan
Identify, develop, and propose planning and strategy to improve results based on continuous needs assessment
Develop and collect environmental issues and analysis
Translate strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment and attainment of both regional and enterprise strategic plans
Oversee definition, development, and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals, ensuring the plan of record supports strategy milestone deliverables
Collaborate with senior team and staff to develop tactical plans and communication strategies
