Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a digital analyst, data strategist, or insights leader
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts or cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly and persuasively to executive audiences
  • Adobe Analytics for advanced reporting, dashboard creation, and SEO and SEM analytics
  • Adobe Target for A/B and multivariate testing design and analysis
  • Tableau and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital analytics strategy for the eCommerce platform with a focus on transitioning the website from B2C to B2B experiences
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify KPIs, conversion paths, and customer journey optimizations
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies using Adobe Target to improve conversion rates and engagement
  • Analyze web traffic, campaign effectiveness, and audience behavior using Adobe Analytics and SimilarWeb
  • Conduct SEO and SEM analytics and optimization using Adobe Analytics and SimilarWeb to improve visibility, search performance, and lead generation
  • Develop and automate dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Translate data insights into strategic recommendations that influence leadership decisions
  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data stitching and manage SQL based transformations for web and marketing data
  • Support marketing automation and audience segmentation through Adobe Customer Data Platform and Marketo
  • Provide data driven consultation to Channel Sales, PR, and Corporate Communications teams on campaign impact and audience reach
  • Mentor and lead a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of insight, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Present insights and strategic findings to senior leadership and cross functional partners
