Requirements

  • Experience in strategic leadership roles within sales or analytics, particularly in driving revenue growth in EEMEA or similar regions
  • Ability to lead and manage a local market sales team, including recruitment, hiring, motivation, and coaching
  • Strong skills in sales pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, and deal closing through strategic intervention
  • Proficiency in client relationship management at senior levels, including maintaining, developing, and establishing key prospect/client relationships
  • Knowledge of market monitoring, competitor analysis, and providing input for product development based on client feedback, RFPs, and trends
  • Experience collaborating with commercial leaders, practice area leaders, customer success teams, and product leadership
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and internal sales/operational processes
  • Capability to develop sales plans, strategies, training content, and organize client activities/events

Responsibilities

  • Own SA&I revenue and cost OP for Poland, driving long-term profitable growth
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in collaboration with the Eastern Europe Commercial Leader and Practice Area leaders
  • Manage sales team pipeline and assist in closing deals through strategic intervention
  • Set quarterly and annual sales quotas for the Sales team
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasting and reporting to local MD and regional SA&I leadership
  • Own client-level annual operational (OP) planning inputs with the team
  • Drive sales with a long-term perspective while generating short-term results
  • Ensure team scopes projects responsibly with Customer Success input to meet profitability guidelines
  • Partner with Eastern Europe Commercial Leader, Practice Area leaders, and Customer Success for aligned goals and revenue accountability
  • Implement annual pricing increases and influence price-setting for new services
  • Advise sales team on RFPs and support client discussions
  • Ensure NIQ fund usage and drive internal NIQ relationships with local MD and Account Development team
  • Lead and organize client activities and events
  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients
  • Monitor market, competitor products, and activities; review customer activity to anticipate prospecting needs
  • Recruit and hire sales staff
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve goals
  • Work with training team and peers to develop sales training content and protocols
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, including CRM tracking
  • Meet core KPIs: profitable revenue growth, monthly/quarterly revenue targets, margin expansion, increased sales conversion rate, reduced sales cycle time, increased RFP participation and win rate, maintaining senior client relationships
