Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in IT/Security Management Consulting, including leadership positions, owning relationships with executives, and working on infosec/IT issues (technical cybersecurity like applying controls and improving architectures, and operational cybersecurity like organizational alignment and cyber policy review)
  • Experience in Security Program Development, including personal contribution to developing, managing, and implementing security programs to build, enhance, or recalibrate future-leaning security plans
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Self-motivated with a passion for cybersecurity, innovation, and customer focus
  • Ability to keep up with latest cyber breaches and emerging trends from government and private sector perspectives
  • Interest in assessing customer maturity, pain points, and developing improvement plans

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging with management-level individuals across industry segments
  • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature organizational security posture prior to incidents
  • Develop cutting-edge scenarios to help customers exercise their full range of response capabilities
  • Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management
  • Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity, drawing on government and private sector perspectives
  • Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams
  • Support engagement leadership with task-oriented activities, reporting, and ensuring projects are on time and to highest standards
  • Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and other back-office tasks
