Requirements

2-6 years of experience in IT/Security Management Consulting, including leadership positions, owning relationships with executives, and working on infosec/IT issues (technical cybersecurity like applying controls and improving architectures, and operational cybersecurity like organizational alignment and cyber policy review)
Experience in Security Program Development, including personal contribution to developing, managing, and implementing security programs to build, enhance, or recalibrate future-leaning security plans
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Self-motivated with a passion for cybersecurity, innovation, and customer focus
Ability to keep up with latest cyber breaches and emerging trends from government and private sector perspectives
Interest in assessing customer maturity, pain points, and developing improvement plans

Responsibilities

Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging with management-level individuals across industry segments
Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature organizational security posture prior to incidents
Develop cutting-edge scenarios to help customers exercise their full range of response capabilities
Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management
Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity, drawing on government and private sector perspectives
Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams
Support engagement leadership with task-oriented activities, reporting, and ensuring projects are on time and to highest standards
Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and other back-office tasks
