Requirements

  • High School Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store keeping
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Working knowledge in Oracle ERP / MS Office
  • Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to work with limited or no supervision
  • Able to write / read / speak in English
  • Able to work flexible working hours, day / night shift, available to work weekends (when required)
  • Ability to prepare, document and maintain inventory, supply records and reports
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations

Responsibilities

  • Advance release of spare parts as per the induction workflow received from planner
  • Raising POR in case of any confirmation from PM / Technical team regarding spares order
  • Upon receiving of spare parts / consumables, inspect, tag the spares / consumables and put in locator. In case of NC on spares inform Quality / Buyer
  • Creating of spares / consumables work orders in Oracle ERP
  • Oracle ERP transactions of good receipt / issuance
  • Ordering the consumables in advance as per the production requirements
  • Releasing the spares parts / consumables for jobs and perform transaction physical and in Oracle ERP
  • Receiving & segregating of incoming components & fill up “Receiving check form” and communicate to team for receipt / in case of discrepancies
  • Preparing of packing labels / slip and coordinate with logistics for shipment
  • Coordinating with Quality team for calibration of Measuring & Testing Equipment
  • Supporting PM / Finance team regards to cost of spares and consumables
  • Actively participating in RCA / NCA analysis
  • Daily cycle counts of stocks
