Responsibilities

  • Lead amongst team members on the store salesfloor and backroom, aligning the team on daily business priorities
  • Drive guest experience and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Impact store’s financial, team, and operational performance
  • Work alongside a mentor to learn effective department leadership and step into leading mentor's departments
  • Lead and motivate a team, drive sales results, and merchandise products
  • Support execution of daily operations while building team culture and guiding achievement of goals
  • Learn guest service fundamentals and build a guest-first team culture across the store
  • Engage guests, solve problems, and provide resolutions
  • Set and plan department monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities
