The pay range per hour is $25.00-$26.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

This is an in-store hands-on training program located in East Kansas City, MO, starting Summer 2026. It requires working 40 hours per week alongside team members in the retail store.
This is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program where you'll lead amongst the team, identify store priorities, deliver guest service, drive sales results, merchandise products, and learn to lead a retail team. You'll work alongside a mentor, step into leading their department, and have ongoing developmental conversations.
