Interest in retail leadership and development toward Executive Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) role

Responsibilities

Lead amongst team members on the store salesfloor and backroom, aligning the team on daily business priorities
Drive guest experience and deliver great guest service
Impact store’s financial, team, and operational performance
Work alongside a mentor to learn effective department leadership and step into leading mentor's departments
Lead and motivate a team, drive sales results, merchandise products, and provide exceptional guest experiences
Learn guest service fundamentals and build a guest-first team culture across the store
Engage guests, problem-solve, and resolve issues
Understand retail business fundamentals
Set and plan department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities
Manage a team of hourly team members and team leaders to deliver service and sales goals
Develop business strategies and goals
Recruit, select, and manage talent for hourly team members and leaders
Support execution of daily operations while building team culture and guiding achievement of goals
