Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (F-endorsement required for applicants in Tennessee)
High school diploma or equivalent
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Physical ability to walk/stand predominantly, talk/hear, use hands/fingers, reach, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally with assistance
Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
Automotive parts experience preferred
Responsibilities
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers
Pick up returns and cores
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
Daily collection of credit accounts
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights to CPP
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
General stocking (truck stocking, back stock, cycle counts)
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services
