Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and fleet safety certification
  • Basic driving and navigation ability
  • Ability to use delivery board system
  • Friendly communication skills
  • Ability to locate and stock parts
  • Safety knowledge and skills
  • Ability to operate inventory systems (back stock) and store equipment
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
  • Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals)
  • Ability to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to walk/stand predominantly, talk/hear, use hands/fingers, reach, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
  • Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
  • Automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver parts to customers as needed (Primary)
  • Pick and stage parts for customer orders (Primary)
  • Pick up returns and cores (Primary)
  • Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers (Primary)
  • Daily collection of credit accounts (Primary)
  • Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot (Secondary)
  • General stocking including truck stocking and back stock (Secondary)
