Active Front Store colleague with limited availability
Must be at least 16 years of age
Reliable attendance, when scheduled
Physical ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Physical ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly, including overhead lifting
Visual acuity for close work such as viewing computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details

Responsibilities

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving service issues
Focusing on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and help locating items
Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions per company policies
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed
Supporting store opening and closing activities as needed
Providing customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring they are stocked and operational, and staying current with services/tools
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
