Requirements

  • Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
  • Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily store operations, including receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards
  • Assist with merchandising and stocking as needed
  • Support the cash register and assist customers (fully cross-trained)
  • Help ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment
  • Maintain professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
  • Assist with store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
  • Perform other duties as assigned
