Must be available 9pm - 5am Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Ability to carry out job functions including stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food
Commitment to club policies, procedures, and compliance
Acts with honesty and integrity, leads with the member in mind, escalates concerns as appropriate
Ensures a safe and positive environment, embraces inclusion and diversity, works collaboratively as a team
Maintains a friendly and positive attitude, moves with speed and agility
Understands how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club
Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
Maintains the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris
Maintains display signage for all products, creates labels, and applies merchandise sales tags
Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
Performs general housekeeping duties to keep the club clean and organized
Supports GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards including grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
Delivers service excellence, resolves and deescalates member concerns
