Requirements

Must be available Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday 10p-6a
Ability to carry out job functions including stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt
Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club
Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
Maintain the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris
Maintain display signage for all products, create labels, and apply merchandise sales tags
Ensure all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
Perform general housekeeping duties
Deliver GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
