Requirements

Qualified accountant with 6+ years post-qualification experience in preparing/auditing statutory financial statements in multiple reporting environments and directly managing their audits
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP reporting requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and with auditors, including senior stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing processes effectively in a geographically dispersed organisation
Positive attitude and proactive mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
Based in Wroclaw or ready to relocate
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and audit of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external accounting firms / auditors to streamline reporting processes and to expedite the filing of financial statements
Provide financial expertise and guidance on statutory financial reporting matters to senior management and other business stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and financial tools, driving process improvements and standardization
Ensure compliance with group policies, controls and procedures
Manage relationships and contracts with external auditors and accounting firms
Stay up to date with changes in financial reporting and standards and regulations
